New Clay and Crafts for ages 5-8 - Welcome to Clay and Crafts! We'll explore multiple mediums this session. Joinn in creating ceramic creatures and funtional pottery, painting with acrylic, hand sewing your own soft sculpture (a fancy art word for "stuffy"), and more. 

Each class we'll introduce new terminology, technique, and skills to empower your budding young artist. Students get to direct their projects allowing them to be engaged in their art and create work they are excited for and proud of!Watch your child blossom over each session and show up as confident artists with skills that overflow into so many areas of life.

Monday, 5:00-6:00 ages 8+

Drawing and Painting Class for ages 8+ - this class is great for artists wanting to build their skills or just starting out. We’ll introduce key concepts in art and broaden our understanding. How can we show depth, perspective, and form in a 2d world? Let’s discover and get inspired together! Here, imagination and skill come together in a dynamic and supportive environment!

Students will explore the fundamentals of drawing and painting through a series of engaging projects designed to ignite creativity and enhance technique. From mastering pencil shading and perspective to experimenting with vibrant mixed media, acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, and more! Each session offers a blend of traditional methods and contemporary approaches.

Monday, 6:00-7:30 ages 12+

Drawing and Painting class for ages 12+ - Teens get to dive into technique and explore mediums! We’ll expand on foundational exercises to understand composition, line, color, value, and form using contemporary and engaging approaches. 

Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors bring their own dynamic experience in painting and drawing, allowing for deepened investigation in mediums such as acrylic, charcoal, graphite, pen and ink, and watercolor. Subject can range from still life to imagination, letting each teen direct their artistic expression.
